"Never let a problem to be solved become more important than a person to be loved... Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love with friends and family. One day each of us will run out of tomorrows." ~President Thomas S Monson

THE NATIVITY!!
This week is my early week at work! I try to make the most of the extra time with my kids. Today we wanted to do a craft (which Brenden LOVES) so I took an old frame that was unfinished, some stickers Brandy gave me and we made this!! It was so easy and we had soo much fun doing it. As we put the stickers on I had Brenden tell me the story of the birth, he did pretty good I must admit! We had soo much fun and it put me in the mood for Christmas!!
We just spray painted the frame, and took the backing out. Brenden decided where we wanted the stickers and I applied them. Then we put on 2 coats of Modge Podge (after I consulted Brandy to see if you could Modge Podge on glass, which you can and it looks really neat) Brenden did the first coat and I helped Cason do the 2nd coat.
It was the perfect activity for us to do together! It is special because of the story, but also because it was something we did together!

FONDUE NIGHT
Kristin had the perfect idea of going to Anasazi Steakhouse for fondue for Girls Night Out! It was amazing! Not everyone could make it but those that did had a wonderful time! We had the Southwestern Cheese Fondue that was excellent, of course the waiter thought we were crazy becuase we only wanted bread instead of the apples & veggies!
Then after we polished that off we got 2 orders of the chocolate fondue! We had soo much fun!! I recommend it for Girls Night! I think we are going to make it a monthly tradition. There were5 of us and it only cost us $14 +tip
